About ScheduleDrop
Built by a family that knows home service.
Before building ScheduleDrop, Max and Sam Arnold ran a home-service company and scaled it to more than seven figures. They experienced firsthand how difficult it was to manage scheduling, crews, customer communication, and payments across disconnected tools—so they decided to build something better.
When Max Mai Arnold joined the team, that operating experience became the foundation for ScheduleDrop—the software they wished they had while running the business.
The founding story
ScheduleDrop started in the field, not a boardroom.
Max and Sam didn't begin with a software idea. They began by running the jobs, coordinating teams, answering customers, fixing scheduling problems, and building a home-service company past seven figures.
As the company grew, so did the number of tools and manual processes required to keep everything moving. They wanted one platform that could connect the office, the service provider, and the customer throughout the entire job.
That's when Max Mai Arnold joined the team and began turning those ideas into ScheduleDrop. What started as a solution to problems they had experienced themselves became a platform built for home-service companies everywhere.
“We didn't study the problems from the outside. We dealt with them every day.”
