Pricing questions
Do the cheaper plans have fewer features?
No. Every plan is the entire platform — booking, dispatch, invoicing, automations, the Conversation Hub, all of it. Plans differ by one thing: how many providers you can run.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. ScheduleDrop renews every four weeks unless you choose yearly billing. We want the software and support to earn your business.
What happens when I hire past my plan's limit?
You move up to the next plan. Nothing else changes — you already have every feature, so upgrading is just raising your provider limit.
Is setup included?
Yes. We configure your custom booking form, business phone number, additional fees, cancellation policy, and branding before you log in. White-glove setup is included in every plan.
Can you move my data over from my current tool?
Yes. If you're switching from BookingKoala, ZenMaid, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or another platform, we'll help you transfer your customers, recurring appointments, and team — no extra charge, no extra friction.
What happens after the free trial?
